Event Registration

With your golf day soon approaching we are getting the final details ready which include your information along with your guests that you may be bringing along to enjoy the day.

This information allows us to get the live scoring system set up and ready to hand out once you have signed in on arrival and ensures a smooth tee off.

The scoring system will automatically adjust handicaps according to the venues ratings.

Dress Code and Etiquette

Course Etiquette

  • Please repair your pitch marks and replace fairway divots.
  • Please use the seed boxes to fill your divots where provided.
  • Keeping up with the game in front makes a good round for everyone. If you fall behind the pace, please allow players through.
  • Level sand in bunkers.
  • Not to take trolleys on the tees, greens or their surrounds.
  • Please keep the course tidy.
  • All mobile phones are to be silent.
  • No sharing of clubs, bags or trolleys because this slows play.
  • Four-balls should aim to play 18 holes in approximately 4 hours.

Dress Code

Players on and off the course are expected to maintain a high standard of dress and are required to wear smart conventional golfing attire with spike or dimple soled golf shoes.

  • The wearing of tailored golfing shorts (no external pockets) is permitted. Socks must be worn, with ankle socks visible over the shoe.
  • All shirts must have collars or polo necks and worn tucked inside trousers or shorts.
  • All trousers must be tailored.
  • Ladies are to wear conventional golfing attire.

Players are politely reminded not to wear any of the following:

  • Jeans, tracksuits and shell suits.
  • Shorts with additional side pockets, such as cargo or combat style
  • Vests, Tshirts, rugby or football shirts
  • Ladies – halter or round neck tops.
